I am selfish, I know. I created Gen Goddesses strictly for personal and self-gratifying reasons. First, I am a Black Woman. Second, I am a misrepresented Black Woman! Lastly, I am an entrepreneur and Metaverse enthusiast. The physical universe hasn't been that kind to real-life Goddesses like me. Black women in America are still the most educated group, yet, there is a 90% wealth gap between Black Women and White Men and acquiring funding for Black Women business owners is hard and at times impossible to obtain.

Currently, 17% of Black Women are in the process of starting or running new businesses. That’s compared to just 10% of white women, and 15% of White Men. Yet, despite this early lead, only 3% of Black women are running mature and longstanding businesses. So, what's the remedy?

The racial divide is thick and unfair (in this world), so why not create a place for us in the New World? The Metaverse; a Decentralized platform is multidimensional and has vast opportunities for Black Women Creators in all career fields. Gen Goddesses represent our bold stance and proud ingenuity as we navigate through the realm of ether possibilities and achieve economic growth and foundational placement. (Join the Team)
